Last week Thursday (when we still were in Paris), Khushi and I visited the prestige and world famous cooking school ‘Le Cordon Bleu’.
This is their brand new and campus about 10-15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. It was of course different than I expected as the picture I had in mind was the ‘Le Cordon Bleu’ I saw in the movie ‘Julie and Julia’ with Meryl Streep and Amy Adams.
However, I must admit I loved the school! And as Khushi is planning to join Le Cordon Bleu in 2022, I thought I would sign-up for their short courses.
Both the exterior and interior is ultra modern, with live lessons by chefs and students take notes, ask questions etc and then after the lesson get divided into groups and cook the way they learnt in the previous lesson – pretty exciting!
